职位描述：
Job Title: Quality Assurance Reports to: Operations Manager
Department: Quality

Position Summary:

The quality assurance is an integral part of the Shenzhen team and is responsible to direct the quality activities of the Shenzhen WOFE to ensure products are meet company and customer request.

Essential Role Responsibilities:

General

1) Setting up quality standards for each customer, to effectively communicate with US team to set up quality standards for each customer and get it approved by customer;
2) To collect defective samples for the sample book to complete the quality standard folder;
3) To Handle customer complaints of quality issues and provide quality support of various request;
4) To provide on-site assembly support at customer sites;
5) To investigate the root cause of the quality issues, work closely with customers and vendors to find solutions and then monitor vendors to carry out the corrective action plan;
6) To collect and send production samples for US team for each new projects;
7) To set up quality procedure for quality inspection;
8) To create relevant quality documents needed;
9) To complete relevant quantity document in system to keep records in track;
10) To conduct vendor audit in regular basis, identifying non-conformities and areas of potential risks in supplier processes and quality system;
11) To conduct audit of the warehouse in regular basis;
12) Gathering, analyzing , monitoring, measuring and reporting the performance data of suppliers;
13) Close work with other departments and suppliers;
14) Working closely with HK sourcing team for quality control of gifting products, like back-pack, shirts, notebook etc;

QUALIFICATIONS

1) Bachelor degree with at least 3 years working experience in packaging field;
2) English skill for advanced level;
3) Prefer profound industrial knowledge of Printing and packaging; Mechanical background is preferred;
4) Quality knowledge like of ISO 9001/14001/18001, ROHS, quality tools, basic statistics;
5) Fully understand testing measures and equipment in packaging filed;
6) Bachelor degree major in Printing, Packaging engineering, Polymer engineering etc
7) Frequent traveling needed, expectation is about 3 to 4 days in weekly basis to conduct quality inspection at supplier site, so with vehicle and driver license is preferred. Trips mainly to Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Huizhou, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Zhuhai.
