职位描述：

Job Description:

A. Must work consistently to maintain safe and healthy
working conditions, to adhere to proper operating practices and procedures
designed to prevent injury and illness and to observe all governmental,
regional and company safety and health regulations.

B. Develop plans to achieve model plan status including
world class high five metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and
Inventory) and operation assessment demonstrating performance at the site.

C. Implement Eaton process and tools in all functions to
further solidify use of Eaton Business System at the site.

D. Create an environment to engage employees and ensure high
levels of employee satisfaction.

E. Develop and implement policies and procedures that direct
the operation of the plant

F. Lead the EBS planning processes for strategic planning,
OCA, and profit planning for the site.

G. Leverage division / group functional resources to drive
excellence in respective functional areas

H. Provide leadership and oversight to continuous
improvement initiatives, quality management system, EHS initiatives aligned
with MESH requirements

I. Select, motivate and develop an employee group that has
the skills to achieve business objectives.

J. Develop and manage departmental budgets.

K. Develop and implement capital plans to support
manufacturing strategy.

L. Develop plans to increase productivity and continually
improve the product cost structure

M. Support new product development and new transfer projects

N. Make strategies for mid & long term operations to
Senior Management.

Job Requirements:

A. Bachelor
degree or above, with 10 years experience, including at least 5 years at plant
operation management level.

B. Strong
leadership to achieve the targets set.

C. Possess
excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, excellent leadership skills and
drive for performance.

D. Good
English skills.

E. Strong
problem solving and process management capability.

F. Technical
background; Well-experienced in LEAN & Six Sigma, Planning, EHS etc.

G. Can
inspire, motivate and drive changes in the organization.

H. Ability
to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
