Job Summary :
Develops and implements business development strategy for increasing sales and profit in line with the overall Company objectives. Plans, directs, coordinates and organizes all business development aspects of the product line including: forecasting, pricing, promotion, sales force training, new product strategies, etc. Has responsibility in Asia Pacific for business development and provides direction and leadership for new market expansion to all functions and areas of the Company.
Job Description:
- Provide leadership and direction for business development Maintains and communicates clear strategic objectives and action plans for business development
- Develops and implements marketing and business development strategies to support division objectives and achieve profitable sales growth.
- Conducts market research to identify trends and opportunities available for existing and new products in the marketplace. Identifies product line improvements and appropriate product line modifications.
- Responsible for the marketing deliverables outlined in the New Product Development procedure.
- Interacts closely with sales & marketing and manufacturing on new market development, sales forecasting, operation plans and capacity planning.
- Works with all departments of the business to resolve strategic customer issues and provide superior customer value.
- The employee performing this job has the responsibility to understand and follow all company rules and safe work practices. Immediately report any unsafe acts, conditions or accidents to their supervisor.
- Performs other duties and oversees projects/assignments assigned.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business field.
- Prefer Masters in Business Administration or related business field with marketing focus.
- Experience in sensor market. Automotive industry in preferred.
- Requires a minimum of five (5) year’s of relevant product management or marketing experience.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing organizations preferred.
- Good at market sensing and aggressive in pursuing new market opportunities Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership experience and interpersonal skills.
- Be familiar with the divisional Quality Policyand Zhuhai’s EHS Policy
- Be familiar with Hazard Sources and Environmental Factors
