职位描述：
QUALITY OPERATOR / INSPECTOER BASED IN SHENZHEN
Job Responsibilities:

1)Perform pre-shipment inspection in supplier according to well defined standard for cosmetic , mechanical and electrical measurements..
2)Perform inspection/testing for golden sample and report the result
3)Following up quality improvement and 8D report for supplier
4)Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
5)Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
6)Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOPs for the inspection function.
7)Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
8)Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.
9)Perform review of Device History Records and other documentation for compliance to established procedures and Good Documentation Practices

Job Requirements:

1)Degree in engineering discipline.
2)At least 3 years experience in quality control of consumer product manufacturing.
3) Have working experience in supplier quality inspector, process quality control, customer quality interfacing.
4) Extroverted, honest, industrious and strong responsible, Good communication skills
  (Solid knowledge as a quality inspector in manufacturing industries)
5) Demonstrated ability and experience using micrometers, gauges, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment
6)Reads and understands engineering drawings and production procedures
7) Able to work under pressure
8) Able to work autonomously
9) Analyze problems in a systematic way to work out best solutions
10) Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin (if possible Cantonese) 举报 分享
