职位描述：
NPI Project Engineer / NPI项目工程师
Position Details:
1. Customer’s NPI Project transfer management from initiation to MP transition
2. Work closely with customer and internal functional team to transfer project from materials procurement, sample build planning, facility and equipment setup, process, testing, sample delivery and each kind of qualification tests.
3. Daily communication with customer in con-call or telephone and update project status to customer and internal team members.
4. Weekly and monthly project status update with customer
5. Ensure all kinds of business issue, like quotation, forecast, materials PPV and engineering charge can be addressed correctly.
6. Follow up engineering issue with engineering team to resolve the issue in time
7. Over all control the project schedule and ensure it meets customer’s requirement.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree majored in Optical, Electronic engineering at least.
2. Over 2 years of project management experiences in international factory environment, Engineer background would be plus.
3. Very strong communication skill both in Mandarin and English not only in writing but also in verbal.
4. Team-oriented, positive attitude, keen interest on quality and intense attention to detail.
5. Strong innovation ability and self-driven motivation.
6. Quick leaner and willing to learn new technology.
7. Can lead a project team and team members individually.
