1) Coach local consultants to support project factories on eliminating textile industry hazard chemical to fulfil ZDHC or client’s MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List) requirement.
指导国内顾问支持项目工厂消除纺织行业有害化学品以符合ZDHC或者客户生产限用物质清单的要求。
2) Support the development of project methodology and concept together with international project manager.
支持国际项目经理开发项目方法和理念
3) Carry out Factory Assessments, develop individual improvement options and plans, coach the factories with the implementation, and provide documentation and reports to foreign clients.
执行工厂评估，制定单独的改善方案和计划，指导工厂实施，提供文件和报告给国外客户
4) Delivery training workshops to the factories or clients.
针对工厂和客户开展培训会议
5) 染整专业，有多年从事染整行业经验，精通染整相关技术及工业流程； 对环境质量等相关检测认证有所了解。
Majored in Dyeing and finishing, have plenty of working experience in dyeing and finishing industry, proficient in dyeing and finishing technology and industrial processes; Understood about environmental quality and other related certification testing.


Job Requirements:
岗位要求:

1) University degree in chemical, textile chemical or environmental engineering, or any other related fields.
化学, 纺织化工或环境工程学及相关专业毕业
2) At least 10 years working experience in printing and dyeing enterprises or technical service experience in dyeing and printing industry, has strong professional technical level and solid dyeing theory knowledge. In particular, he/she should familiar with the textile printing and dyeing production process and the relevant machines and chemicals ‘functions, components and physical/chemical hazards.
具有10年以上的印染企业工作经验或印染行业技术服务工作经验，拥有较强的专业技术水平和扎实的染整理论知识。特别是熟悉纺织品印染的工艺流程，熟识各个工艺流程使用的设备以及化学品（染料、助剂和其他化工药剂）的用途、部件/成分和物理/化学危害。
3) Experience in working in a foreign company and to work in multinational teams.
有外企或多元文化组织的工作经验
4) Native mandarin speaker, good command of English both in written and spoken.
母语为中文, 英语口语和书面良好
5) Team player and able to create as well as participate in a good working atmosphere.
具有较强的团队合作精神
