Project Manager（Merchandiser）Wellsnese Inc.

Job Description:


· Manages all aspects of large, complex projects within and between cross functional teams.


Responsibilities:

· Ability to follow projects from the basis of cost, manufacturing feasibility and quality

· Drive the project through all phases to successful manufacturing of products

· Reduction of project time

· Act as a front line liaison between myCharge and it’s manufacturing partners

· Tracking of project progress vs. timeline (use of MS Project or Excel)
·
Ability to generate a recovery plan if the project timeline is behind expectations

· Drive cost-reduction activities

· Work closely with cross-functional teams in multiple locations and coordinate with marketing, manufacturing and quality teams to shape product spec, cost, manufacturability, reliability ad ensure the project is done on schedule and budget

· Direct and follow up with manufacturing partners in establishing, executing, and monitoring strategic and tactical aspects of product compliance and schedules


Position Requirements

· Four Year Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline

· Minimum of 8 years project management experience in product design and project follow up to the manufacturing phase with a multinational company in China or Asia

· Ability to manage large projects, including project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control.


· Previous experience in either manufacturing operations (OEM) or international subcontract manufacturing operations (CEM/EMS)

· Extensive current experience, and successful track record as Project Manager with multi site responsibility

· Strong experience with supplier evaluation, qualification and follow up

· Experience in Six Sigma Methodology preferred
(Statistical process control, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis, Measurement System Analysis, Process Capability Studies, Corrective & Preventive Action, Root Cause Analysis and Risk Analysis)
· Good electronics experience preferred.

· Highly motivated individual who can work independently; detail oriented with excellent follow up skills.

· Fluency in Mandarin and English language skills a must (written and verbal)

· Interpersonal skills - exceptional listening, understanding, influencing and communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills - politically astute
