岗位职责
1. Assist TMM to develop integrated trade marketing plan and integrated program to enhance trade relations and maximize visibility and availability of G7 and Trung Nguyen coffee in all trade sectors.
协助市场推广经理整合营销计划和项目,同时通过该整合计划来促进与各经销商的关系,并使G7咖啡和中原产品在各个市场上的可见度得到最大化的扩展。
2. Analyze and appraise the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and programs with sales team to project accurate sales forecast for the promotions.
分析和评估市场推广活动的有效性,同时积极的与销售团队合作,并对促销活动提供准确有效的销售预测。
3. Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plan for the launch of new products in Greater China, maximizing distribution coverage and visibility of the new products to drive trial and awareness within different trade sectors .
制定并实施市场推广策略,为大中华区的新产品发布做好计划,通过在各个营销模块的推广中,让中原咖啡能最大化的覆盖在经销商处和最大化其新产品的可见度。
4. Assist TMM to develop Trade Marketing Calendar by combining brand initiatives and trade initiatives that are in line with overall company objective and strategies aligned with cross functional team to deliver Trung Nguyen’s targets.
通过品牌方案和市场推广方案的一起实施来协助市场推广经理发展市场营销日程。并确保两个方案能在跨团队的合作中有效的传达并与公司的战略保持一致从而实现公司的销售目标。
5. Establish trade marketing strategies for sales, promotion, listing optimization for different channel to improve the discoverability and visibility for G7 and Trung Nguyen existing product range and new listings.
制定销售,促销和进场优化等不同渠道的市场推广战略,来提高中原和G7产品的覆盖率和可见度。
6. Assist TMM to plan, organize and manage promotion campaigns and events at MT, GT and wholesale market to maximize sales and enhance G7 & Trung Nguyen’s brand awareness and image.
协助市场推广经理策划,组织和管理在MT,GT和批发市场上的促销活动和事件营销,来提高G7和中原咖啡的产品形象和品牌知名度。
7. Prepare trade marketing budgets, supported by effective plan followed by effective implementation and follow up evaluation to ensure the fund is effectively utilized and spent with the best ROI.
做好市场推广预算,并有计划地组织实施各推广活动,并积极跟踪和评估预算的使用情况,来保证费用的有效利用和很好的投资回报率。
8. Work with outsourced agency and distributor to develop and unify the communication and promotional strategy and message and come up with value added and innovative promotion for G7 and Trung Nguyen coffee at offline channels.
与外包商和经销商一同协作,制定和统一传播与营销策略,让G7和中原咖啡在线下推出各种增值的创新的促销活动。
岗位要求
1. Bachelor Degree or above with strong analytical skills and high PC literacy.
本科学历及以上,并有较强的分析能力和熟练电脑使用技能
2. 3-5 years trade marketing experience in FMCG Industry
在快消品方面有3-5年的营销经验
3. Good command of English & Mandarin - both written and spoken
流利的中英文书写表达能力
4. Good logical thinking in process selling and follow-up.
对销售流程和后期跟踪调控有良好的逻辑思维
5. Creative thinking- in champion new ideas and initiatives
在新事物上有创新性和积极主动的思维方式
6. Scrupulous and patient
