职位描述：
Program Officer for admission and marketing

This role is to provide the effective supports for the program and admission & marketing team of HKUST Shenzhen MBA Program Office. Reporting to the head of the Program Office and the manager of marketing & admission, she/he works under the supervision of admission & marketing team and will be assisting and implementing all admission & marketing affairs of the office. She/he may also need to support the general office affairs and may be required to support other team if needed.

Responsibilities:
Admission(80%),Marketing(20%)
1) Perform the candidate and alumni database administration. Edit the data for the files and the online system. Coordinate the online system with IT administrators and colleagues.

2) Maintain contact with applicants. Collect and compile application files in the admission process.

3) Assist in planning, organizing and supporting the marketing events, admission activities and alumni activities. Book the hotel and tickets for the events. Prepare and write the documents and emails about the admission & marketing if required.

4) Reply and manage the official HKUST Shenzhen MBA Program Office email box. Answer the phone calls about the program and the admission details.

5) Make the BR documents and finish the process of BR reimbursement.

6) Assist in the designing and producing of brochure, leaflets, posters and backdrops for students and alumni events, marketing promotion, and admission events.

7) Liaise with candidates, the related working partners and suppliers.

8) Work with the team to promote the MBA program and the school brand.

9) Assist in maintaining the web-based opinion platforms hosted by the team for the publicity of our program.

10) Maintain the office and help to provide a healthy and clean environment.

11) Other responsibilities as assigned by head and manager.


Requirements:

1) Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of work experience, possessing experience in admission, customer service and secretary will have an advantage.

2) Good at the establishment and maintenance of the database. Make the data files efficiently and accurately.

3) A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. CET-6 and TEM-8 is preferred. CET-4 is basic.

4) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Fast learner with a high level of integrity. Strong responsibility to work for the job.

6) Skillful in graphics designing and modifying, and familiar with at least one photo processing software, such as Photoshop.

7) Good knowledge of computer software and office machines.

Remuneration and Conditions of Service
Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Remuneration package will be highly competitive. Applicants should state their current and expected salary in the application.
