1.学历要求大专以上；电子工程，自动控制，信息电子技术等电子相关专业毕业;
2.英语要求：能自行阅读集成电路的DATASHEET,能按公司要求完成各种业务报告；
3.三年以上IC元器件实际销售工作经验，对IC元器件销售渠道有很好的认识，具有电子零件通路销售经验及客户基础。
4.有2年以上MCU市场推广经验，熟悉8051市场状况，尤其对新茂，宏晶，NXP,ATMEL的8051市场熟悉者优先考虑。
