For support our HR department in Shenzhen, China we are looking for a

HR Representative/Supervisor

VDE Global Supply Chain Services Co., Ltd. (a 100% daughter company of the VDE Testing and Certification Institute) provides independent and high quality testing and inspection services for manufacturers and retailers. With a team of western and local engineers in China we ensure the quality of electronic and mechanical producst for many quality conscious customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:
? Salary preparation and IIT declaration
? Employees social insurance and housing fund update
? Work permit and visa renewal for foreign employee
? Salary payroll slip preparation
? Support cash flow in office stuff
? Management office adm work
? Coordinate employment relationship,solve labor dispute

Qualifications:
? Successful graduated bachelor study in HR major
? At least 5 years work experience in HR,familiar with all HR modules at least excellent with 2 modules.
? Good command of spoken and written English
? Familiar with all labor and HR regulation and policy
? Good organization and communication skills
