电子工程师主要负责自我研发产品—电子部分的设计、测试和文件管理。电子工程师隶属于产品研发部，不断地对我们新的及现有的集成电路进行设计、改进和测试。雇佣的电子工程师将与我们现有的供应商一起合作，在电子信息传输方面提供优质的来料质量控制。该职位需向部门项目经理实时汇报工作进展。
? 设计、维护和改进有关LED的照明电路板
? 按时保质完成所分配的任务（初始设计、后继开发、质量保证、撰写项目开发文档和后期维护）
? 确保研发资产得到良好的维护和利用
? 能够收集、分析整理并确定项目需求
? 建立研发文件档案
? 具有整体综合素质，满足以上要求
技术要求
? 有2年以上的LED/玩具电路设计经验
? 具备PCB5.0的工作知识
? 对研发资产管理有较深了解
? 精通微软Office 2007和Visio 2007
? 能够制定项目进度，预期项目完成时间。
? 具有较强的创新精神，能够独立设计产品
? 能适应快节奏的工作环境，应变能力强以适应不断变化的工作环境，
并保证工作效率和工作质量。
Job description
The electronics engineer designs, tests and document all aspects of the electronics portion of our self developed products. The electronics engineer acts as a member of product development team, continuously designs, improves and tests our new and existing integrated circuits. The hired engineer will work with our existing suppliers to ensure quality delivery and responsible for IQC on electronics delivery. This position reports to the corresponding project manager.
? Design, maintain and improve circuit boards related to LED lightings
? Responsible for quality and completeness of assignments.
? Ensuring the R&D assets are well maintained and utilized
? Gathering, reviewing and validating project requirements
? Creation of R&D documentations
? Meet with suppliers, source and evaluate new parts
Job Requirements
? 2 years of experience in LED/Toys circuit design experience
? Working knowledge of PCB 5.0
? Strong understanding in R&D asset management
? Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 and Visio 2007
? Proactive in setting and meeting deadlines
? Strong self initiative in designing for different products
? Ability to work in fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, while maintaining technical integrity and performance
