职位描述：
RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Consolidate and analyse booking volumes released on the coming 3 voyages on each service from POO offices in South-China daily.
2. Consolidate and analyse loading forecasts of the coming 3 voyages on each service from POO offices in South-China twice a week at least.
3. Update forecast in LARA CARGO timely.
4. Liaise closely with head office regarding cargo flow including allocations allotted, booking evolutions, cargo selecting, loading reports etc.
5. Follow HO’s instruction, checking if any VIP or special cargoes (reefer, DG, OOG) rolled, booking or B/L splitting issues and conducting cargo rolling then.
6. Timely information exchanges with trade managers, customer service team, sales team, operation team.
7. Monitor timely if any non-delivery of confirmed bookings, miss-connection of barge transshipments, failure of customs declarations etc.
8. Calculate and finalize loading figure before vsl arrival. Maximise allocation utilizations.
9. PCR (Port Call Report) key-in in LARA after every voyage departs.

REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:
1. Bachelor Degree or above.
2. Basic knowledge of shipping line, logistics.
3. Be proficient in English both verbal and writing.
4. Be good at using office applications, especially EXCEL.
5. Easygoing and hardworking.
6. Good manner of time controlling, can work under tight schedule.
7. Willing to work overtime or at weekend if needed. 举报 分享
