工作职责描述：

1、负责生产安排，按质按时按量完成目标

2、负责持续改善品质，提高效率

3、负责安全生产，公司财产维护

4、协助处理调查品质问题及执行改善措施

5、及时发现汇报生产异常情况，并提供合理改善建议

6、提供生产日报，周报以及月报

7、执行7s

8、管理员工考勤，员工招聘及员工离职，维护员工关系，提高员工的积极性

9、根据销售订单那或订单预测制定生产计划

10、跟催物料交期以及生产进度

11、协调客户订单和出货日期

12、负责来料收货，并做好记录

13、负责库存物料，确保安全，整洁
