POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for management and supervision of all territory sales/marketing/distribution activities, account service and account selection.
Responsibilities include:
? Sales, promotion, marketing, training and servicing of SGS products in the territory with distribution and end-user customers.
? Management, coordination and direction of all product sales and distribution activities for the territory.
? Compilation of annual sales/marketing budgets.
? Evaluate, investigate and report all international opportunities regarding offices and acquisitions in China.
? Assist in the development of operating plans for Chinese and future offices.
? Usage of the team concept.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in business, int'l trade, sales, marketing, engineering (or related areas); or substantial equivalent experience.
? Native fluency in speaking and writing Mandarin Chinese; fluency in English.


Training & Experience:
Included but not limited to:
? At least 5 years of sales/customer service experience in industrial sales.
? Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products.
? Exceptional communications and organizational skills.
? Sales Training (formal seminars or experience).
? Training on basics of cutting tool knowledge.

License Required:
Valid driver's license/valid passport
