职位描述：
QA Responsibility:
1), Work with supplier to fulfill customer quality expectations, product specifications and requirements.
2), Work with team and involved in product design and sampling stage to figure out quality issues before moving to MP
3), In charge of engineer testing, sample testing, MP inspection and all related quality issues root cause analysis with resolution
4), In charge of compliance/certification requirement such as CE, UL, FCC, etc and environmental requirements such as RoHS, REACH, etc
5), In charge of ISO systems.
6), In charge of factory audit, work with team to bring in certified suppliers.
7), Create quality control process and make improvement step by step.

Requirement:
1), Bachelor or above in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
2), 5years or above working experience in factory or office in quality field.
3), Experience with all areas of quality assurance, basic knowledge of product compliance, ISO systems, and environmental requirement is a must.
4), Has a good QA cultural with a proactive of well- conceived supplier control instead of a reactive approach of firefight.
5), Proven ability to effectively prioritize, escalate, and drive solutions to customer issues
6), Have leading and management talent for future career promotion
7), Willing to travel frequently and eager to learn
8), Fluent in Mandarin and English
