职位描述：
美国力科公司总部在美国纽约，是一家提供全球领先的的串行数据测试解决方案的公司，其所创造的优秀的测量仪器能够快速的测量，分析和验证复杂的电子信号，力科公司提供的高性能示波器，串行数据分析仪和全球通信协议测试解决方案，在计算机，半导体和消费电子，数据存储，汽车和工业，军事和航天等领域得到了设计工程师们的广泛使用。
目前，力科公司已设立北京（中国公司总部），上海，深圳，成都，西安五个分公司全面负责中国地区的业务。

工作职责：
1. 办公室常用物品的管理--办公文具等的采购及维护（如有需要）
2. 管理并安排客户样机的使用，调派以及每周更新样机表
3. 组织团队活动（如有需要）
4. 解答客户的关于发货，价格，产品，库存等问题
5. 销售支持，包括制作合同，投标文件和授权书等
6. 订单处理以及安排发货
 7. 协调客户和财务之间的货款以及账期等问题
8. 配合并支持市场部等促销活动
9. 根据工作需要临时安排的其他工作任务

工作要求：
1. 工作积极性高，对工作有紧迫感
2. 英语熟练，过四六级，熟练使用Office办公软件
3. 本科及以上学历 举报 分享
