职位描述：
1、Main Tasks:
- Support to the customer reception as per the showcase.
- answer telehone and take record timely
- handle and track mailing/expressage
- make reservation hotel, flight as required
- lunch or -dinner reservation as required
- Check travel claiming of Company Credit Card
- Make record for company car and help deal with traffic violation
- Fill in TT form & cheques
- Issue invitation letter
- update contact list
- Attendence Record
- assist foreign experts to deal with all issues in new country/city
- provide support to important meeting( Management meeting/Regional Sales Meeting ect.)
- Employee Visa issues.（including insurance ect.）
- other jobs assigned by line manager.
2、Requirements Profile
-Bachelor degree or above.
-1-2 years relevant working experience.
-Good communication skills and coordination ability.
-Good teamwork.
