职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、有一定的文笔，可以对接设计师写文案；
2、及时准更新原材料的变动，每月入公司系统登记合同，做好对账，请款工作；
3、负责日常办公用品采购、发放、登记管理，办公室设备管理；
4、公司内账登记
5、员工考勤系统维护、考勤统计及外出人员管理
6、负责招聘，员工档案管理，入职和离职手续办理
7、保证公司所需物资的充足（如水、纸、设备、耗材及报销单据表格等）及费用结算；
8、及时有效的完成上级领导安排的工作
任职资格：
1、有在财务公司工作者优先；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；
4、工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力；

工作时间：8:30-12:00 13:30-18:00 五天八小时 周末双休
上班时间：周一至周五 单双休（大小周）
9：00——12：00 14：00——18：30
