Position Objective
1. The Financial Director manages a team of accountants and assistants.
2. The Financial Director is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the financial management and the team building, covering the team management and training.
2. Responsible for the implementation of regional legal tax issues and Group’s financial policies. Leading the team for annual budget, timely reports and charts, tax arrangements, audit issues, bank issues and internal control functions.
3. Responsible for the activities with external associates, such as banks, customers, accounting firms and the coordination with internal departments.
4. As the Finance Director to assist Rypax’s business activities, such as price negotiation.
5. Work out other assignments of various business operations by Rypax CEO.
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree major in Accounting/Finance or above. Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
2. Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
3. Minimum of 8 years experience in the management of accounting, financial reporting and analysis
Key Competencies
1. Familiar with international trade and the company's financial and business priorities.
2. Good command in English.

Position Objective
