职位描述：
The Account Manager is primarily responsible for excellent execution of client order processing from initial design to mass production orders and afterwards. His/Her goal is to help client achieve success all the time while guarding the P/L profit for the team. His/her work will be leading the buyer, Engineer and Manufacturing members assigned to his/her account to achieve 100% client satisfaction by ensuring the high standard of time, cost and quality.

Responsibilities:
1)Helping US sales team to quote, win the order, and confirm order in a quick time manner
2)Managing project team pushing along the order processing quickly
3)Make sure all the orders achieve & beyond the target of cost, time and quality requirement
4)Take care of communication between clients and internal functional teams
5)Lead the project team to solve critical issues during client order processing such as design milestones,supplier negotiation, material supply, production scheduling, goods import & export, quality issues,etc.
6)Responsible for the order P/L lines and make sure the order is running on profit
7)Managing the team morale, productivity and communications

Qualifications:
1)At least 5yr+ working experience in project management, account management to overseas clients is a big plus, bachelor degree.
2)Must be very familiar with consumer electronics project management, familiar with the entire order process from R&D, material sourcing, manufacturing, shipment etc.
3)Excellent spoken English, can use English as daily working language, CET-6 and above
4)Has sharp sense on cost, time and quality aspects
5)Very hard working, proactive, open-minded, good team player with high interpersonal skills
6)Can work under high pressure with very positive attitude
