Quality Assistant

A Quality Assistant offer from BQ Quality Assurance department, to make responsibility for

Quality Control and quality issues management

Responsibilities:

？ Participate in the creation of the Quality Standards.

？ Coordinate, train and assess a team of Quality Controllers (QCs) to conduct inspection

activities in the factories of our ODMs and suppliers.

？ Create, update and translate the inspection documents that are required by our QCs in

the factory.

？ Follow up AQL and mass production issues, and assist BQ Project Managers in

dealing with them.

？ Report and coordinate with people from hardware, mechanical and software

departments, in order to resolve the quality issues.

？ Quality follow up and negotiation with ODM and suppliers (collect and translate defect

analysis reports, receive the corrective actions on time, arrange follow up meetings,

etc)

？ Follow up During Production Testing.

？ Undertake any other duties related to product quality control.

Background Requirements

·         BSc. or MSc.

·         Knowledge on consumer electronics and technology.

·         Appreciated experience in consumer electronics projects and/or previous work with ODM,

( Experience with mobile or tablet development is preferred)

·        Knowledge on production and quality control.

·        Capability to create a technical control documentation and standard operating procedures for

improving quality issues.

·        Advanced level of spoken and written English.

. Good at communicating, with brilliant writing and oral expression ability.

. Honest and integrity, responsibility, interpersonal skills, team-work player

. Microsoft Office skills.

Contract and perks

·         Full-time open-term contract         

·         Salary: depending on experience
