职位描述：
We give priority consideration for Senior Project Manager with:
- Strong cross-cultural leadership to manage and lead the team dynamics with strong management, planning and execution skills
- A big-picture thinker with effective interpersonal communication skills and strong collaborative team spirit
- Bilingual capability (Chinese & English)
- Well-rounded designer (conceptual, schematic and detail landscape design)
- An open mindset with strong interest in integrating ecological life-cycle thinking into design
- More than 7 yrs of creative design and 5yrs of team management experience with international exposure
 
Qualification and requirements:
 
Hard
- Bachelor's or Masters in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Excellent spatial visualization skills with proficiency in AI, CAD, INDESIGN, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCH UP (or equivalent), and good hand graphic is a plus.
 
Soft
- Constantly find ways to optimise project performance (scope & process, resource planning and execution)
- Drive client engagement activities to establish mutually fulfilling relationship
- Proactively manage internal and external communications to drive the project progress and deliverables
- Team player, innovative individual, curiosity to learn with an open mind.
- Self-driven and able to perform well under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Passion, dedication and conviction
- Business, design and aesthetic sense
