我们的新西兰团队- 是成熟的多功能型顾问团队，一站式为投资人完成新西兰的投资及房产买卖。业务包括提供新西兰房产/项目资源，有专业的销售培训。贷款团队负责协助买家在新西兰本地贷款。注册会计师团队负责买家在新西兰的税务咨询，税号申请，做投资买卖的账务审核，尽职调查，股东协议。律师团队独立协助房产买卖的交易，法律文件的审核，确保投资人的利益。
职位要求: 销售美国，澳大利亚，新西兰房产
1. 负责客户接待咨询，为客户提供专业的房产资讯服务。
2. 准确了解客户需求，为客户提供合适项目促成销售。
3. 业务跟进和房产手续办理等服务工作。
4. 积极开拓新客户和维护客户关系等后续工作。
任职资格:
1. 有从事外资公司、房产公司或销售行业经验者优先；
2. 有主动性、自信心、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
3. 热爱销售、房产行业，喜欢挑战高薪。
