职位描述：
职责概述:
对冲压车间“6S”及人机料法环有相关管理经验；组织安排冲压生产，执行冲压部生产计划，保质保量完成每日生产任务；及时解决冲压现场的模具问题、工艺问题、调机问题、人员调配等相关问题；

工作内容：
1. Responsible for Standardized Work & Auditing & Reviews Training & Versatility in tooling process.
负责制定作业标准、审核监督模具的生产及有关培训。
Supervise, Direct and Support the tool makers to do the daily job including: new molds acceptance check and new mold trial run and qualification., maintenance, and repairing..
监督指导支持日常模具制作，包括新模具的验收、试车、保养和维修。
Ensure production running smoothly by timely tool maintenance and repair, and coordinate work force for fixture and fig making.
定期进行工装夹具的维护保养，协调劳力以保障生产的顺利进行和按时完工。
2. Maintain Mold Quality & maintenance System & Work Instruction implemented states and Visual Standards Regular in tooling area.
维护模具质量，依照作业标准实施作业，并维护模具区域的可视化标准。
3.Update tooling EQDC （equipment deficiency compensator） Board (JDI, Trending, Downtime Review, Meetings held DAILY) and Post Downtime Pareto chart & Safety Audit complete and posted & 5S Audit complete and posted on EQDC’ board.
Skills Matrix updated and posted quarterly.
Create molds maintenance plan and records, make sure all molds modification, repair, and maintenance activities are recorded and implemented.
更新设备性能补偿器白板（目录索引、趋势图、停机时间记录、日常会议记录），张贴停机时间柏拉图，安全状态审核及5s 审核情况。
定期更新团队人员技能分别图，每季度更新张贴。
建立模具维护计划及维护记录，保障所有模具调整、维修及保养记录完整并贯彻维护计划。
4.Be able to Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement & Communication & Training & Coaching capacities in tooling area. Suggest CIs and Kaizens in tooling area at least quarterly .
能够解决问题、持续改善、沟通、培训辅导模具组有关人员。至少每个季度进行持续改善和经营改善。
5.Responsible for tooling area 5s & TPM, , Manage tool room's safety ,records, 5S and spare parts and equipment's PM in practice are implemented
负责模具区域的5s 和全面保养，有关区域的安全、记录及零件的管理实施和维护计划的实施。
6.Any other duties as assigned.
上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求
Qulification：
1.深入了解工时标准体系的建立方法， 熟悉生产线设计计算和生产线混线平衡等相关IE理论。
Be familiar to labor system development, and be familiar to design and calculate production line and balance mixed line, other IE knowledge is plus.
2.基本掌握机械加工制造、机械原理、金属工艺学、公差配合与技术测量等基础理论知识，擅长精密模具设计制作，精密冲压金属制品制作。
Grasp basic theory concerning machine processing and manufacture, mechanical principle, metal technology，tolerance stack up and technical measurement。Be skilled in precision mould designing and punching tooling and product manufacturing.
3.了解精益生产和六西格玛的基本理念，能使用8D解决质量问题和制造成本降低。
Basically understanding with Lean and Six Sigma, be able to resolve quality issues by 8D and reduce manufacturing cost by Lean thinking.
4.了解各种加工设备的结构和性能特点。
Be familiar with the structures and properties of various kinds of processing equipment is plus.
5.大专以上学历，工业工程，机械设计、机械制造或相关专业。
University education or higher, major in Industry engineering, manufacturing design or related specialty
6. 3年以上从事五金车间主管，模具主管经验，精于管理机加工和钣金加工。
3 years of experience in metal workshop as supervisor or tooling supervisor. Experienced in machining and sheet-metal working.
7.很强的沟通能力。熟练使用绘图软件绘制工装家具、工艺布局, 审核工装夹具及模具图纸（AutoCAD、Inventor/Solidworks.），良好的办公技能。
Excellent communicative ability. Grasp computer drawing software (AutoCAD、Inventor/Solidworks) to check tooling drawing and good office software skill.
8.熟练的英语口语。
Fluent Oral English Skill. Excellent computer operation Skills (ERP, Office). 举报 分享
