Job Purpose:
Supporting primarily the digital team in producing content for our core initiatives across multiple marketing channels. Secondarily supports content production for all other channels and consumer touch points. Writing ecommerce product descriptions, campaign content, copy for blogs, articles, emails and social. Working closely with our strategic accounts to deliver content across all campaigns.
Dimensions:
·Develop multi-channel content to support campaigns, projects and ad hoc opportunities
·Work closely with Digital Communications team to define the digital tone of voice
·Support the Digital Communications team on social and email content
·Create all copy for ecommerce product descriptions and across sites as required
·Develop articles and blogs to maximise brand presence across all marketing channels
Areas of Accountability:
·Responsible for delivering all ecommerce product descriptions and on-site copy
·Assists in defining the digital tone of voice
·Required to work closely with members of the digital team, such as SEO & SEM Optimisation to ensure all content if fully optimised ongoing
·Delivers all content for emails and helps to optimise social content
·Works closely with project owners to ensure the content required for campaigns is delivered on time
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Essential
·Experience in writing digital and social content across multiple marketing channels
·Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and how to adapt content accordingly
·Excellent at stakeholder management and communicating effectively across all levels
·Takes initiative, and uses sound judgment
·Strong relationship emphasis, drives results through others
·Ability to consider the wider picture and recognise when situations need adapting
