职位描述：
岗位职责:
1负责Ali速卖通账号的销售管理；
2负责Ali速卖通销售市场调查及分析，制定销售策略，达成速卖通销售业绩；
3控制店铺风险，拟定合理的产品上架计划，将产品发布到Ali速卖通全球各站点；
4熟悉速卖通平台的物流渠道与发货方式，能让店铺合理的控制物流风验；
5完善店铺各项政策与制度，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度，制作销售明细报表，进行销售分析。

任职资格:
1.本科以上学历，国际贸易，电子商务，外贸，翻译，市场营销，外语专业优先；工作踏实敬业，有高度的责任心和耐心；
2.须一年以上Ali速卖通账号管理（销售及客服）经验，熟悉Ali速卖通全盘操作及流程；
3.熟练掌握Ali速卖通平台产品上传规则技巧交易流程及扩大交易量的方法和技巧；
4.熟悉Ali速卖通政策和规定，并能运用于店铺日常经营当中，能妥善解决处理好可能出现的各种争议及中差评，最大程度地维护公司利益；
5.熟练运用交易工具；
6.英语须六级水平，小语种专四或者B1以上水平，听说良好，英文读写及表达沟通能力强；
7.Excel/Word等电脑办公软件熟练；
8.思维灵活且有逻辑性,良好的沟通能力团队合作精神及独立完成工作任务的能力；
9.有志于国际电子商务行业，对网店销售有浓厚兴趣和工作热情，愿意和团队一起成长； 举报 分享
