职位描述：
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology as a minimum.
2. 2-5 years’ experience in general laboratory test work or equivalent.
3. 2-5 years’ experience in the development and construction of test apparatus and equipment for product and component evaluation, or equivalent experience.
4. Strong computer skills with proficiency in the use of spreadsheets, word processing, database, and graph generating software.
5. Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical report writing and test procedure documentation.
6. English oral and written communication skills.
7. Experience in performing basic statistical analysis for determining and isolating variability in test methods and results. Experience in the application of Statistical Process Control in either a manufacturing or laboratory setting, and experience in performing Gage R&R Studies is desirable.

Responsibilities:
1. The Test Lab Supervisor will manage day to day lab activities, including supervise Lab Technicians working in the ADC and scheduling the resource properly to support project delivery.
2. Provide engineering expertise and support to the Test Laboratory as well as furnishing technical assistance to Product Development Engineering as it relates to testing needs.
3. Design, develop, and direct the construction of customized test equipment, fixture, and instrumentation to improve accuracy and efficiency in product development testing.
4. Research available test equipment methods and technologies, provide proposals for upgrading laboratory equipment and instrumentation needs in support of World Class initiatives. To assist the Sr. PAT manager in the selection and budgeting of necessary test equipment.
5. Conduct testing per test plans, and as needed to support project teams, Development engineering, and Compliance.
6. Work with program management to Figure out project priority to support test schedule.
7. Ensure that all test procedures (new and old) are documented per Bissell format. Maintain and secure laboratory archives including reports and test standards. Continue to develop and expand the usefulness of the Lab technical library.
8. Perform laboratory correlation studies against supplier labs utilizing Gage R&R and other necessary statistical tools.
9. Assist in the technical development of laboratory technicians by conducting training sessions in the proper application and use of new laboratory equipment. Act as engineering consultant for the technical needs of the lab technicians with functional TE.
10. Provide cost estimations and quotations for laboratory equipment and instrumentation needs; assist in budgetary projections.
11. Ensure that all test equipment is operational and up to date in calibration. Assist in budgeting for machinery repairs and maintenance.
