职位描述：
SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION: Responsible for the coordination, control and completion, execution of projects consistently with company strategy, goals and commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing project development and execution from kick-off to closure.
2. Preparing and providing a project schedule to all participants to identify the commencement of their tasks.
3. Communicating clearly the expectations to team members and related functional departments.
4. Resolving issues and solving problems throughout the project cycle.
5. Tracking and reporting project milestones and providing status reports.
6. Developing tools and applying best practices for the execution and project management.
7. Ensuring successful archive of project documents after the project completion.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Photonics, Physics, Optics, Electrical Engineering or related.
2. 5+ years hand-on experience in project management activities.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
1. Knowledge of project management tools and software packages.
2. Must be a good communicator.

EXPERIENCE:
