职位描述：
工作职责：
1、有采购工作经验、熟悉采购流程优先；
2、按照公司规定的采购流程进行操作；
3、根据销售需求日常下单，跟催物料到货、申请财务付款；
4、国外采料、安排货代收、发货，申报海关报关、协助提供相应单据及物料；
5、日常采料品质异常处理、客户投诉品质异常处理、原厂样品申购、价格申请等工作；
6、日常采购报表、库存报表等报表汇总工作，系统供应商信息、采购单据维护
项目助理的任职条件：
1、大专以上学历，形象气质佳；
2、做事认真、细心、负责；
3、熟练使用office等办公软件；
4、具有服务意识及团队合作精神；
5、机敏灵活，具有较强的沟通协调能力；
6、有采购助理工作经验或电子相关工作经验者优先。 举报 分享
