职位描述：
岗位职责和要求：
1、年龄18-28岁，学历不限，男女不限，品行端正，责任心强，有无经验均可；
2、普通话标准、流畅、有上进心.；
3、不要求相关经验，公司有专业培训；
4、思维清晰，口齿伶俐，能承受一定的工作压力.； 
5、行为自律、渴望成功! 具有团队精神，勇于挑战，不畏困难； 
6、了解各类收藏家需求，并做好相关分析统计工作；
7、在现有渠道网点向客户提供产品的销售咨询服务；
福利待遇：
1、底薪3000-8000（根据个人能力往上递增）+高提成（8-15个提成点）+奖金+绩效=综合工资5000-20000元每个月（上不封顶）。
2、提成和奖金优厚，日奖金，周奖金，月奖金，季度奖金，年度奖金，另外提供新人奖。
3、公司定时安排培训活动，户外拓展培训，以及娱乐活动。
4、优秀者可跟随公司到香港、新加坡、欧洲出国展开展览学习机会。
5、享受超长带薪年假（每年15~20日）
