负责金属车间冲压工序工艺编排，工时定额，设备调试，生产计划安排，组织生产及质量保障。
要求：
机械有关专业大专以上学历；
五金机加工、钣金车间主管3年以上；
精通冲压工艺，精于精益生产管理，精于员工管理。
英文良好，能够进行工作交流。
有展示道具行业五金主管经验者优先。
