Major Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls
2. Greet visitors (Oversea Customers and Local suppliers)
3. Arrange mails and courier services and filing
4. Assistant job of Merchandiser
5.Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Office Manager.

Requirements:
1. Friendly, pleasant, helpful and presentable
2. Good telephone manner and a team player
3. Good English and Mandarin
4. Familiar with Word, Excel (English and Chinese)
5. Independent, self-motivated, and well-organized
6. Capable of dealing with different kinds of people
7. Willing to work in fast pace and demanding work environment
8. Able to work under pressure
