2. 良好的降低成本和提高生产的能力；
3. 系统总成本建立，低成本采购控制；
4. 有五金及塑胶产品采购及基本品质控制经验；
5. 供应商的选择和整合，及供应商管理和维护；
6. 优秀的沟通，分析能力，工作能力；
7. 优秀的谈判技能，实践能力；
8. 原材料价格波动和原料市场和策略管理知识
9. 熟悉ERP-SAP；
10. 工作语言：中文+英文；
