职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、熟悉亚马逊平台规则和绿联产品特性、服务政策；
2、通过邮件及时答复客户关于售前、售中、售后问题；
3、关注产品的评论，及时跟进中差评，帮助用户解决问题，保持listing健康；
4、跟进整个帐户的feedback健康度，发现问题及时同亚马逊沟通；
5、根据用户反馈，提炼高频客诉产品，分析总结问题点，及时和运营沟通，提高页面质量；
6、收集反馈产品品质、使用相关问题，及时报备产品同事；
7、协助管理店铺，编辑产品，上架并优化产品；
8、协助同事完成项目的日常工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，英语专四及以上，能够用所学语言进行良好的沟通；
2、有较强的学习能力，对3c数码产品有浓厚兴趣，有无经验均可；
3、热爱并愿意在电子商务领域发展自己，有网购和网络销售经验更佳；
4、热情开朗，积极向上，具备较强的沟通和解决问题能力；
5、做事认真负责，拥有良好的团队合作精神。 举报 分享
