工作职责：
1. 负责了解客户服务需求信息，进行有效跟踪，做好售前、售后指导和服务工作；
2. 管理客户服务及应用工程师郑州团队；

职位要求：
1. 机械或电气工程类专业毕业的学生，本科以上学历；
2. 有5年以上带领团队的管理经验；
3. 至少5年以上半导体行业客户服务及应用支持工作经验和管理经验；
4. 英文沟通流利；
