职位描述：
客服部文员

Job Description:

1. To handle customer inquiry, booking process, space management in major ocean going Trade;
2. Perform close contact with overseas office for daily operation ensuring delivery of quality service;
3. Coordinate with cross departments to deliver best solution to customer;
4. Follow up on outstanding freight and charge;
5. Other function of Customer Service Team;

Requirement and specific skills:

1. Customer oriented, proactive and good problem solving skills;
2. Self-motivated, open-minded, able to handle multi-tasks, work independently under pressure and overtime;
3. Good communication skill and strong team spirit. Fluent in written and spoken of English (at least CET 4), Cantonese, Mandarin;
4. Basic operation of MS Office (Excel, word, etc)
4. Constant care on all processes;
5. Shipping/logistics knowledge and relevant experience is preferable. 举报 分享
