Purpose:
To provide admin supporting to the company and present a professional company image from the front desk.
Key responsibilities and duties
To be in charge of the office admin work, this includes
Neatness of office
Meeting control
Driver management
Assist showroom management
Storerooms management
Office maintenance
To be involved in the Dept cost management, this includes
stationary and other supplies cost control
samples couriers cost control
To support company activities , for eg. awayday, birthday party and other activities
Handling courier reception and delivery, and sample in-out control including labelling, sample information
To be in charge of management-team members travel arrangement, including transport, hotel booking, tickets booking etc.
To act as the reception/receptionist,this includes:
Responsible for visitor reception
Greeting guests, meeting room preparing and meal arrangement etc.
Neatness of reception area
May require leaving office, for eg. errands for staff and clients
Attitude and Behaviour
Effective communication, willingness, effectiveness and efficiency, trust and integrity, accountable
Well present, professional attire
Willingness, motivated and reliable with strong sense of accountability of accountability and lots of initiative
Friendly and warm personality
Tidy and organized with good attendant detail
Qualifications
College degree level or above
Good temperament, well presented, professional corporate appearance
Be good at office software, fast typing for both English and Chinese
2+ years of clerical experience
English CET-4/PETS3 or above, fluency speaking in Cantonese and Mandarin
