职位描述：

• AR collection for Far East segment

• Enter daily cash payments into Pointman per bank for Far East segment

• Check LC documents and follow up with Logistic team

• Initiates collection calls to delinquent customer accounts and follows up with Credit Supervisor as required

• Resolve customer charge backs, returns; issue RMA and enter authorized credit for Far East segment

• Handle the credit hold release for Far East segment as request

• Work closely with the Domestic Credit team, FE Sales team and specific customers on following up collection & claim issues

• Assist with related special projects, as required
