Key Responsibilities 工作职责
Cooperate with factory, provide detail suggestions on how to improve its social compliance and security compliance performance.
与工厂合作，提供改善工厂的社会责任和反恐安全的建议。
Support and educate factory to develop a workable / acceptable corrective action plan.
支持和教育工厂建立一个可行、可接受的改善行动计划
Review factory’s CAP according to local law and client’s specific requirement, and verify corrective action evidence.
根据当地法律和客人的要求审阅工厂的改善行动计划，评估相关的改善证据
Provide on-site CAP development support to factory
提供现场的建立改善计划的辅导

Relevant educational background and 1+ year of relevant industry experience;
相关的教育学科背景如（法律，哲学，管理，社会学，劳动保障，环境工程等学科）, 1年以上同行业工作背景。
Familiar with HR custom and HR policy, and company how to improve its performance.
熟悉主要的人力资源惯例 、 政策以及公司能够如何改善其表现。
Familiar with labor law, labor contract law and relevant industry requirement
熟悉劳动法、劳动合同法和行业要求
Can communicate and report in oral and written by English and Chinese.
