职位描述：
Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric/sample development, costing package, and negotiation on pricing for potential programs.
负责协调布/样品开发，耗资包，协商定价的潜在方案的日常业务活动。
Responsible for monitoring and progressing the order follow-up to achieve the targets of on-time deliveries performances, on-time sampling, lead time.
负责监控和跟进订单实现按时交货的性能，目标实时采样，交货时间。
To provide quality merchandising service to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of company’s business objectives.
为了给客户提供优质的营销服务，通过协调和跟进，以协助公司实现经营目标。

Main Task主要任务


- Monitor and progress each critical stage throughout the order tracking process and to make sure each step is properly implement by communicating with customers and factories independently. Ensure customer satisfaction.
-监控和进步的每个关键阶段，整个订单追踪过程，确保每一步都是正确实施独立与客户和工厂沟通。确保客户的满意度。
- Coordinate fabric development and production to meet customer’s requirements.
- 协调面料的开发和生产，以满足客户的要求。
- Prepare and coordinate costing package. Monitor and ensure competitive quotations are obtained from appropriate factories for potential programs and follow up orders after order confirmation.
- 准备和协调成本核算，监控和确保竞争力的报价，获得适当的工厂潜在方案，并跟进客户订单，订单确认后。
- Support to the team leaders for buying meeting.
- 帮助团队领导完成采购会议。
- Keep good working relationship with customers and factories.
- 保持良好的工作关系，与客户和工厂。
- Report to the team leader the daily issues and escalate any outstanding ones. Implement the corrective action plan to improve the performance.
- 日常问题和任何未解决的问题报告给领导。实施正确的计划以提高业绩。
- Sourcing new material and new supplier.
- 寻找新的面料和新的供应商。
- Actively visit suppliers on a regular basis. Works with factories to improve quality and manufacturing efficiencies. 举报 分享
