Office Coordinator (Intern)

Job Description

Title: Office Coordinator
Department(s): Operations
Office: Shenzhen
Reports to: Director of Asian Operations
 
Job summary
The primary function of the Office Coordinator will be to assist Shenzhen team members with all parcels (in and out) via courier, samples shipment to global sales teams and customers.
Summary of essential job functions
? Prepare related documents for sending parcels, such as invoice, packing list, etc.
? Arrange factory send sample to SZ office for sales purpose or trade show.
? Send, check or receive parcel to global offices.
? Assist Asia Product Managers to pack and send samples to US Product Managers during pre-production, FEP and Productions project milestones phases.
? Perform any job related assignment as required by Manager or above
Minimum requirements
? Good time management; ability to meet project deadlines
? Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure
? Immediate availability is preferred
? Fluent written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua are essential
? Proficiency in PC skills
? Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills
? Self-starter
