职位描述：
Android Driver Developer

1. Main responsibility as Android Driver Developer
2. Work on the development of Drivers, Device bringup and bug fixing for bq smartphone and tablet devices.
3. Work closely with bq's QA and Development teams in Europe.
4. Directly interact with platform manufacturers and components suppliers.
5. Interact and support other teams during the whole device life-cycle (design, development, and production).
6. Learn and share your knowledge with your colleagues.

Skills for Android Framework Developer

1. At least 3 years' Android Driver development experience (LCD, TP, Camera, Battery, bootloader, flash, etc ).
2. Linux kernel and C experience is a must. Any other languages as C++, JAVA, bash will be ideal.
3. Strong git knowledge.
4. Qualcomm platform knowledge would be advantageous.
5. Debugging and good problem-solving skills.
6. Good level of written/spoken English.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Bachelor degree and above, major in Computer Science or related is preferred.
9. Know self-discipline and self-motivated, could work under pressure, Know how to make progress quickly
10. Honest and integrity, willing to pay the responsibility, team-work player

岗位职责

1. 参与项目的软件开发，设备驱动的调试以及修复bq手机和bq平板电脑软件的bug；
2. 与 bq 欧洲的 QA 团队及 国际化的开发团队密切合作；
3. 直接和平台供应商以及配件供应商进行互动；
4. 与其他团队互动并支持整个设备生命期（包括设计、开发、生产阶段）内的开发工作；
5. 与同事一起相互学习及分享知识。

任职资格：

1. 三年以上的 Android device 开发工作经验 （LCD，TP，摄像头，电池，bootloader，flash等等）
2. 必须有Linux内核以及C语言编程的相关经验。懂得其他的如C++，JAVA，bash等编程语言的更佳
3. 熟悉git控制系统
4. 拥有高通Qualcomm 平台开发经验更佳
5. 有排除并积极解决问题的能力
6. 良好的英语读写、口语能力
7. 大专以上学历, 计算机科学或相关专业。
8. 自律、主动，抗压，知道如何快速进步，
9. 诚实、正直、愿意承担责任，具有团队意识
