职位描述：
1）消费类产品搜寻及开发，风险评估，确保客户询盘回复的时效和质量；
2）产品线开发管理，包括现有产品线的整合，以及配合公司发展需要的新产品线建设，定期维护更新价格、包装方式，以及新品开发全程主导和落实跟进；
3）供应商验厂及资质评估，包括社会责任、产能、质量保证能力、企业信誉等方面，需要走访工厂、辅导工厂满足客户的验厂要求；
4）供应商品质管理，评估和把控质量风险，必要时需到工厂验货；
5）公司大客户Buying trip产品筹备，包括产品开发，样品收集等；
6）观察市场动向，收集有效供应商报价，运用公司外贸软件建立产品资料库；
7）Showroom定期更新及维护。

任职要求
1）大专及以上学历，能用英语作为工作语言，熟悉ERP操作者优先；
2）两年以上产品开发或供应商管理经验，有运动用品和零售卖场行业经验者优先；
3）良好的商务谈判技巧和沟通、协调及执行能力，工作应对快捷敏锐；
4）有较强的进取和团队精神，正面积极的人生价值观，能承受一定的工作压力，抗压性强；
5）能适应不定期的短期出差。

3.Factory audits– Conduct Social compliance audit (eg. Child labor, Legal wage, working hours, environment protection, working safety), and Capability, Facility audit or other required audit by the needs of customers.
4.Quality control and inspection– Worked with 3rd party Testing Labs for testing protocols for every new products, all the new products were required to provide the testing report before mass production; assigned QC for inline and final inspection.
