Requirements:
1. At least 8 year or more working experience in Engineering Department in EMS factory.
2. Skilled for identify engineering documents, like assemble drawing, BOM, ECO, fabrication drawing, AVL, etc;
3. Knowledge about SMT machine, like Stencil Printer, Chip Mounter, Reflow Oven,etc
4. Fluent English speaking and writing skills with customer and can smoothly communication skills to work with team members.
5. Investigate and study new and existing electronic manufactory technology to improve existing products and support advancing technologies.

Responsibilities:
1. To lead, guide and develop PE and EE team members in supporting production lines and perform effective TPM.
2. Designs manufacturing processes within schedule, budgetary and productivity parameters.
3. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods to bring up yield, quality and productivity.
4. Develops, analyzes and plans workforce utilization, workflow for SMT/Handload/Backend Assembly, per customer product sample and requirements.
5. Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request.
6. Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to stay apprised on new developments.
7. Develops standard in hardware tooling, align design requirements with supplier, tooling inspection before release to Production.
8. Set up TQCI/SIC and BOM, system - Caddie BOM, Customs BOM, Program BOM,E-BOM and DECO system with IT.
