职位描述：
Senior HW engineer

An Senior HW engineer will be fully responsible for hardware development flow.

Responsibilities:
1. According the project hardware development schedule, review the HW and ME design of Camera, check the power distribution network and thermal design;
2. Follow up the status of SMT, solve the problem during SMT with ODM;
3. Keep fluent communication and coordination among internal team (China and Europe) and OEM, make sure the camera, power and thermal design is optimal and helping to improve it.
4. Work closely with bq's HW and Software and Development teams in Europe.
5. Helping to fix product critical issues on time;
6. Interact and support other teams during the whole device life-cycle (design, development, and production).
7. Learn and share your knowledge with your colleagues.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree and above, major in Electronics or Communication is preferred.
2. 3+ years consumer electronics hardware development working experience, such as mobile phone and tablet, MTK or Qualcomm platform knowledge would be advantageous;
3. Working knowledge of camera design in mobile phone or tablet is necessary;
4. Working knowledge of baseband, power management or thermal design will be a plus;
5. Working knowledge of SMT testing and production will be a plus;
6. Good level of written/spoken English.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Know self-discipline and self-motivated, could work under pressure, Know how to make progress quickly
9. Honest and integrity, willing to pay the responsibility, team-work player

3. 保证公司内部团队（中国及欧洲团队）与代工厂之间的良好沟通和协调，帮助改进摄像头、电源及热设计，以确保获得最优的方案；
4. 与公司硬件团队、软件团队和欧洲开发团队紧密合作；
5. 帮助及时解决产品关键性问题；
6. 在产品的整个生命周期（设计、研发和生产）内，保持与其他团队的互动和合作；
7. 向同事学习并分享你掌握的知识。

岗位要求
1. 本科以上学历，电子及通信专业尤佳；
2. 3年以上消费电子类产品硬件开发工作经验，有MTK或高通平台手机和平板开发经验尤佳；
3. 有手机和平板摄像头设计经验是必要项；
4. 有基带、电源管理和热设计相关的开发经验是加分项；
5. 有SMT生产和测试相关的经验是加分项；
6. 良好的英语写作和会话能力；
7. 良好的沟通能力；
8. 自律、懂得自我激励，抗压、能快速推动进展；
9. 诚实、正直，愿意承担责任、团队精神；
