Responsibilities

1. Define schedule, project, target; participate in evaluate and assess new project, Product, and target. Set up and improve sourcing process; Review team member’s performance.
2. Monitor and analysis market status, do supply base analysis to identify opportunity and cost down.
3. Implement assigned project, sourcing supplier.
4. Evaluate and assess supplier to verify supplier’s qualification.
5. Negotiate with supplier to get good price, delivery terms and service.
6. Solve problems in procurement, manage and develop supplier.
7. Communication:
Communicate with supplier to establish and maintain relationship, collect information;
Communicate with headquarter to understand requirement;
Communicate with other team and department member to exchange information, share experience and knowledge, solve problems.

Requirements

1. Bachellor degree in Engineering, Science or related majors.
2. 6 years or longer experience, 3 years or more Janitory or Sanitory sourcing experience is necessary for this position(本职位必须有家庭或是商用清洁工具，用品，个人清洁用品类产品采购经验）.
3. English: Can Read and write skillfully, can speak and listen and be able to communicate with foreigner in English.
4. Computer operation: Word, Excel, Bridge, Cost spread sheet, Internet, PowerPoint etc.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal relation ability, Excellent Negotiation skills.
6. Good judge and decision making ability.
7. Necessary Management and leadership ability.
8. Good analysis, inference and summing-up competence and logical thinking.
9. Necessary cost analysis ability.
