4、具有较强的人际沟通、协调、组织、执行能力及高度的团队精神，责任心强，抗压能力强；

5、优秀的外联与公关能力，具备解决突发事件的能力。

工作内容：

1、负责公司人事行政工作及团队管理；

2、负责招聘、培训、薪酬福利、员工关系及绩效管理；

3、办公室行政及管理；

4、负责与政府相关部门协调沟通。
