职位描述
Job Descriptions:
1) Build up a sales team in the company and manage the team.
2) Set up sales plans and achieve the targets under company's developing direction.
3) Work closely with the market to collect the latest information.
4) Develop new customers
5) Maintain good relationship with shipping lines and co-loaders.
Key Requirements:
1) With own customer base and can build up a Sales team in a short time.
2) Over 5 years experience in shipping industry, at least 3 years in Sales positions.
3) Good relationship with shipping lines and co-loaders, obtain best rates in local market.
4) Bachelor degree, CET-6 or above, for candidates with excellent experience in sales field, such requirements could be flexible.
5) Good communication and negotiation skills, can work under great pressure.
6) Sales report functions
