MAYLAND PRODUCT LIMITED is a fast growing foreign trading company, we are mainly in various of material bathroom accessories & kitchenware sourcing / development / manufacturing, Customer from oversea market inlcude department store, super market, importer & designer company.
We are locate in Shekou Nanshan area it's very convenience in transportation for working & living, there are METRO stop ( Shekou Line) & Bus Stop nearby, also with lots of super market / shopping mall around here.
Due to business expansion, now we are looking for an experienced shipping Clerk Join in us for a better future:
Shippin Clerk Job Description:
- Book the cargo with customers nominated forwarder, arrange cargo delivery from factory to warehouse & coordinate related customs clearence & commodity inspection & other preparation.
- Make shipping document such as Proforma Invoice, packing list, Form A, certificatoin ect;
- Create debit noted to share the shipping cost with suppliers, company internal costing record & calculation
- Upload or download related shipping document to customers online system
- Assist Manager to order follow up & other internal issue that requested by Manager
Shipping Clerk Qualification Requirement
- , 2 years or more experience in shipping area it's a MUST;
- Able to read, write document & daily communication (through email ) with forarder / customer via English;
- Carefully, reliable, with strong responsibility, working hard with teamwork spirit, can work under pressure;
- Fimilar with Office software include Foxmail, Word, Excel;
- Cantonese speaker will a be priority.
The Company will provide fully Social insurance, Two-day daysoffs, Double pay in the end of year, annual bonus ( Base on performance) according to National Labor Law.

公司每年参加广交会以及香港的展览会同时也在在阿里巴巴等网站做生意推广，定期的国外客人来访以及召开采购会议，所有员工将会直接面对国外客户，跟他们直接交流沟通以及争取订单以及其他的业务事宜。
公司位于深圳市南山蛇口新街附近，距离地铁站蛇口线东角头站步行大概8分钟，园区楼下更有多路公交车直达，大型超市/购物中心/食肆/医院/银行等设施一应俱全，配套成熟完善，确保工作生活无忧。
